State Level competition of Power Quiz 2003 was held at Sacred Heart women's college, Chalakkudi on 14-01-2004.

Nirmalagiri College, Koothuparamba, SN Poly technic, kanhangad, SN College, Cherthala, Ayurveda College, Thrissur, Carmel engineering College, ranni, SN College, Kollampartcipated in the Final.

In the Final, Sri. Jaikishan KM and Bipin Kumar K representing Nirmalagiri College, Koothuparamba become winners. Sri. K Padmanabhan and Sri. Aneesh Kumar P representing SN Polytechnic, Kanhangad bagged the second prize.

Sri. KR Unnithan, President, KSEBOA presided the prize distribution ceremony. Sri. MN Vijayan distributed Sir Visweswarayya rolling trophy and cash prize to  Nirmalagiri College, Koothuparamba. Sri. K Parameswaran, Chief Engineer (System operations) distributed Sri. KL Rao memorial rolling trophy and cash prize to SN Poly technic, kanhangad.
Smt. G Sreekumari Amma, State Secretary, KSEBOA was the quiz master in the Final.
