HT-III - Agriculture
Applicable to agricultural consumers or all cultivations including dewatering, lift irrigation, sericulture, poultry farms, silk worm breeding and live stock farms both Government and private, private pig farms (provided there is a minimum six breedable adult animals in the farm.)

Notes:
1. If there is a combination of dairy and livestock farms in the same premises, agricultural tariff shall be applicable.
2. As far as private livestock farms are concerned there shall be a minimum of five numbers of milky cattle for application of agricultural tariff. If the number of catties in the private livestock farms is less than five, HT industrial tariff shall be applicable.
3. If the number of breedable adult pigs in the private pig farm is less than six, HT Industrial Tariff shall be applicable.
