HT-II - Non Industrial/ Non Commercial/ domestic
Applicable to non-industrial, non-commercial consumers such as aerodromes, Radio Stations, Doordarshan, Pub-lie Offices run by Central/ state Government, Local Bodies, Technical & Educational Institutions and -Hostels run by or affiliated to Universities or Government Departments and government Hospitals and Government Nursing Homes, Charitable Institutions and Colonies supplied with energy at HT and HT domestic

Notes:
The HT domestic connections shall be effected subject to the following conditions:
' (i) The consumer shall install TOD meter, CT-PT at Ins cost and maintain them and do the replacement at his cost. ,
(ii) The consumer will be billed under differential pricing system.
(iii) The connections provided shall be for the own domestic use of the consumer. He shall not install separate meters for different flats/rooms in his building complex.
(iv) He shall not rent out the rooms'/flats/apartments and shall not resell the power supplied by the Board to the occupants inside or outside the premises to which-HT electric connection is provided.
(v) If the apartment / flat / room is rented out or made use of for any other purpose he shall take individual LT connection at his cost. LT tariff will apply in such cases. He shall maintain the transformer and allied equipments at his cost in such cases.
