In bimonthly spot billing Spot billers will take meter readings every two months and the bill will be issued to the consumer on the spot itself. Some of you may require a list containing energy charges for a range of consumption. This helps in controlling the consumption since rates vary according to consumption. Moreover you can print and keep it for your offline use . If the range( "to consumption" - "from consumption") is more, creation of list may take more time depending upon the speed of your Internet connection. In the program itself range is limited to 1000 rows. Anything up to 500 rows will be faster on normal connection (Resultant file size will be around 215 KB)).
