Step. I
* Click 'Data'.Enter relevent details of HT connections.Click 'Home'
* Select Consumer code from cell (D3) (Alt+DownArrow)
* Check details displayed in cells by selecting the cell and see the validations displayed.
* Select Month-Year from cell (D4)
Step. II
* Enter the Last month Final reading in column D (Now your IR will be 'Zero')
Click 'Next Month' (Now your Initial Reading is set and FR column is vacant)
* Enter the present FR in column D5 to D21
* Select Meter healthyness from cell D23
* Write the remarks in cell D24
* Select Date from cell D25.
Repeat the same for next HT Consumer. The entered data for the previous consumer will be automatically saved.
Step. III
* Click 'Preview' for the HT Rreading Format. Take 'Print'
* Click 'History' for observing the readings already recorded. You can delete the row 'Delete Row' or clear the old data 'Clear All'. come back 'Home'
* Close.
