KSEBOA - KSEB Officers' Association

The Kannur District conference of KSEB Officers' Association was held on 12-08-2008 at Hotel, Parkans. Coneference started with the welcome speech of Sri. TC Rajagopalan, District Joint Secretary. General Secretary Sri. B Pradeep inaugurated the conference. Sri. Augustine Thomas, District President presided the inaugural function.

General secretary explained the crisis faced by the power sector, the traps behing the nuclear agreement with United States and the effect of privatisation poilicies of Central Government. Hence he requested everybody to make the strike on August, 20, 2008 a big success.

District Secretary Sri. C Ajayan presented the report of the district committee during last one year. Treasurer preented the accounts of receipt and expenditures for the last one year. Sri. MA Babu, Convenor, Benevolent Fund presented the central committee report.

Four resolutions were presented and approved during the conference.  Sri. Reshekesan, Sajeevan, Jayaprakash, Sukumaran, Mehroof, Haridasan, Gangadharan, Sugunan, Ganeshan, Ashitha and Preeja participated in the discussion. Sri. PV Lathish, Secretaryreplied to the points raised during discusion.

Sri. Augustine Thomas and Sri. C Ajayan was re-elected as president and secretary by the conference. Central Committee member Sri. C Muhammed Ashref expressed vote of thanks.
